When a character's primary means of damage requires SQUASHING the enemy, they might want to wear boots. Combat boots are fun for squashing.
I appreciate the effort that went into giving her toes, but it doesn't fit the character. Neither does her being PURPLE, by the way.

Let's be fair here, if you're doing something like rocket jumping, I highly doubt a bit of armour and boots are going to make much difference...
If it's going to seriously hurt you, wearing boots are not going to help that much.
My only complaint is that she's a little too similar to Gnar
All of her skin's models actually have boots, even though I don't think her original model does. A bit odd, but I personally don't care. It does seem odd for a soldier to not wear shoes, but keep in mind they're yordles, and they probably don't wear any shoes normally. (That's what I'd think) But that isn't even her new splash (She is getting a new one) so we'll have to see what she's wearing on that.
Yeah I was kind of thinking the same thing, at least if she has the same lore. I mean, aren't Yordles supposed to be an intelligent, organized, and practical species?
Where is the practicality in what she is wearing? Corki wears a flight suit, Teemo wears light jungle fatigues, Heimerdinger wears a lab coat, Poppy wears armor, Rumble wears a driving suit, Tristana wears... a gogo clubbing outfit? If she was just some gun toting punk then it would fit, but she is supposed to be the commando of a special forces unit. Is the Yordle military completely sexist? Female recruits have to show some skin to get in the all boys club or something?
But i like the fact she wears no boots. She doesn't give any fucks,she squashes you with or without protection.
Ugh.. why do people HAVE to complain about everything Riot does? I think this design is perfect and I would hate Riot for changing it.
Perhaps Yordles have tough feet like Hobbits?
i was really hoping someone would bring this up. i would love to see her uniform resemble her current splash with metal gloves and boots and such.

She's a fairly light hearted character, like Lux, not a hardened psychoric killer like teemo. And even teemo could sport an earring.
