Honestly as long as we dont lose lane etc, i will normally get at least 1 honor from my ADC (or jungler or whatever).... keeping a close eye on health bars after 6 generally is what has other team mates honor me as they are like "omg omg omg i almost died, thank you soraka i love yooouuu" etc lol. Problem is, something that people do not realize, you want to back at like level 4 or 5 so you can all in with items by level 6 if you can.
Just sitting there at level 6 with no items is just begging for an enemy jungler to come and gank you after their bott lane comes back with some items especially if you have not been harrassing them out of lane and farm and so they are evened up with you.
People will honor the play maker and the playmaker will honor the person who they deem was worthy of the right hand person. Generally, like with URF, you will almost always honor the person you have been laning with unless they were a jerk or unless someone did some miraculous savings and plays. Which means usually you and your adc will honor eachother.
Soraka and I have done well. I have kept the adc well off to the point were they do not have to recall till after level 6. I try not to attack the CS or take CS.
