Mission not counting again.

I have the mission to spend 20000 gold I did one game got half of it then the second game did not count.

My friend has the quest to do so much damage and his did not count ether.

Same thing is happening to me. I have the mission where it says to get the first tower in Summoner's Rift. I keep getting it, but it's not completing the mission.
