I finally picked up Lucian and I know the basics more or less and I can get builds from mobafire and stuff like that but which do I max second E or W on Lucian I'm really not sure so if you guys could give me something to help me decide or give me some tips that would be great Thanks!

Ruin Lance1 votesI believe you're supposed to max your dash second, whichever one that is (I only played lucian a couple of times when he was free)
MrBuffington1 votesMost players, myself included, max E second for the reduced cooldown and mana cost. Also you typically don't build AP on Lucian, so maxing his W second doesn't give you as much of a benefit.
Hayaishi21 votesMaxing E is best. Lucian is all about his mobility and maxing E gives you a low cooldown on it, when coupled with CDR you are able to dash ever 2 passive procs.
Tessel81 votesW is usually there for an added passive proc during a trade or fight. The cooldown isn't awful on it and you shouldn't be spamming it so the cost isn't too bad to deal with.
His E on the other hand gets reduced mana cost (all the way to zero) and cooldown making you much more slippery and deadly.
General rule of thumb to prioritize like this: R>Q>E>W
