not sure if you're serious or this is a joke? Vayne is sitting at a 54% winrate and Riot does nothing about it, same applies for Evelynn. On the same note, Zoe is incredibly oppressive in lane. I hope things happen in the next few patches, but at the moment it looks like the Riot balance team has lost their minds again
