Ryze really needs to not stop walking due to casting W or E (QoL buff)

Make Ryze's W and E function the way his Q currently does in this regard.

Ryze gets a .25 second window between most spellcasts during his passive in which the player must quickly move the cursor off his target, click, and then back again or else Ryze stops moving.

It really takes a toll on Ryze's playability to have to deal with this in addition to casting 2-5 spells a second in the correct order.

It definitely makes him harder to play. But the flip side is that taking away the requirement that he stop moving while he casts is a lot more than a QoL change, it's a substantial buff to his mobility in general. You spend a significant amount of time in casting animations as Ryze, getting rid of them means he can spend all of that extra time moving around to kite, chase, or otherwise better position himself. So as a result, they probably won't change that.

His mobility could use the buff. I love Ryze, but he is comically easy to kite. You don't even need a dash. Just walk away from him once his rune prison wears off and there is nothing a Ryze can do. His only option is to re-position during rune prison, but that means he has to stop doing damage.
