[GAMEPLAY] Ryze occasionally casts the same spell twice in a row.

This video shows Ryze casting W twice in a row. His passive isn't even active.

Another video, this one uploaded by me, shows Ryze casting E two times in a row. It doesn't go on cooldown when cast the first time.
