Collection for Ward Skins

There should be a collection for ward skins I own.

Currently, the only way to view ward skins is during pre-game selection. We have a new client with collections; this sounds like a good place for them.

BTW, going to the store to view owned ward skins doesn't work for skins no longer being sold.
