Minor text error for new players selecting game mode.
When new players click on play to select the game mode, the game mode for PvP "Normal Draft Pick" says it unlocks at level 3.
I think it is suppose to say level 30.

It's not an error. Ranked requires level 30 and 16 champions owned. Normal Draft only requires 16 champions available (this includes free week champions).
New players are locked to Co-op vs AI the first couple levels. If it says it unlocks at level 3, I believe that's when all the non-ranked pvp formats are unlocked (I could be wrong, though, because there were no level restrictions outside of ranked when I started).
