I would argue that rengar damages got weaker with the pre-season changes

All I'm seeing currently is complaints about and and Yes with the nerf of last whisper and the removal of armor pen from warrior it's a lot harder to one shot than before especially when they begin to build some armors. This is a fact people. Yes I understand the complaints about the vision nerfs ect. I main rengar myself. He really doesn't need a nerf of his damages right now. He could use a rework tho
