Fiddlesticks Fear, Adding a Movement Radius

I never talk about any balance changes as I think to each champion their own, but I am starting to notice an annoyance with fiddlesticks. And maybe how it is, is good, but I believe the ultimate goal for each champion is to give "usefulness" to each ability a champion has.

The problem is that whenever you play as fiddle, your main strategy usually involves a fear, followed by a drain soon after. The goal of this kit is to actually be able to drain someone with a fear as otherwise everyone would just run away and fiddle would be worthless. So the actual problem is when fearing any enemy under some movement boost, like Yi's ult. The problem with this is I fear, start drain, and within a second he is already away from my drain range as fear usually has you go in the opposite direction first. So while my fear is doing its job, its actually working counter-productive as it sends speeding champs off the opposite way. At which point, my drain and fear are both down, and they took no damage so fiddle get's nailed in their counter attack.

Since fear is meant to keep people within drain range for a few seconds, I propose that once someone is feared, they are feared to within a radius and once they hit that radius they turn back and keeping bouncing off that fear radius until the fear timer as expired. Many items and abilities are all geared to helping give movement boosts these days and when versing someone like that I feel that fiddle becomes limited to 3 abilities as fear does far more harm than good, especially when its meant to be an offensive ability, not a defensive one.

And no, I do not think this will be OP as it will not give any further power to those who didn't run out of fear mode, but will simply pass on that same effect to the growing number of champions who do. Just think about how many items and abilities are now solely used for movement boosts/base speed, it isn't just a change against a certain entity or a counter, but a stat that greatly works against Fiddles kit.

Think of fear as broken, against himself. Depending on a champions speed, he either can fight as a normal champion or he can't and gets royally screwed over, and he has no control over that.
