Traits seem to be bugged from the Brawlers Glove

Brawlers Glove seems to be causing trait issues. During this ranked match (which I unfortunately lost due to traits not working) one round I would have 4 glacial traits, then next match I would have only 3, sometimes I would get Guardian buff and no glacials, sometimes the other way around, and now and then all my traits would be active correctly.

I did notice, if I dragged braum off then back on it instantly resolved the traits until the next match or two though. Moving on and off the other champions had no effect, so I believe this issue may be tied to the Brawlers Glove which was equipped on my Braum.
