Ekko is one of my main and i don't see any reason to buff him. HE IS FINE. Who's that kid who told riot that Ekko needs nerf?? He doesn't need that cd reduction... there is no point. You lowered it before and that's enough...
They buffed him as a counter to mages in LC$ for the Worlds qualifying patch. I'm sorry, but his ban rate shall increase now. My condolences.
Also Ekko main... sort of. Kind of fallen out of favor for me, just cause I like playing Ekko more as a late game champ (high ap nuke the carry in 1/2 a second die in 1/2 a second style kind of deal.)
The only time I think this would help is in matchups where he should lose, in the rest of the matchups it's honestly just going to make him slaughter more, which isn't really a good thing.
