Once you got hit by fizz ult your basicly a dead man especially with midlaner with low mobility. I don't mind of his stupid damage. Imo his R has small room for counterplay... You can just throw it right away easily and you got your kill. Not to mention the very low cd.

It needs more time when his casting it. Think about thresh q and gragas R. Thresh q has delay animation, same as grag R. In this way you have room for counterplay... But fizz R... Its fast and unpredictable.

Pls i really hope someone feels the same way right now :((

Fizz's ult is completely unnecessary, if you dodge it, fizz can still kill you with q w e..

His R has little counter play? Are you sure about that. There are other ults with less counter play than Fizzes.

At least with Fizzes ult, if he wants more damage out of it, you can see it coming from a mile away, and you can dodge it.

item 3157 Will keep you from taking a load of damage. item 3009 Will dampen the effects of the slow. summoner 21 Will reduce the damage you take item 3053 Will most likely proc and save you from the murder fish and let you blow him up. If his ult does a massive amount of damage, then he's incredibly squishy because he went full AP. item 3152 Will allow you to make an escaping dive into the jungle when it is on you. item 3107 Will restore most of the HP you lost, plus your allies. Pop this the moment the fish is on you. Redemption has a 2.5 second charge time. Chum the waters will only take 2 seconds. After it bites you, redemption will likely go off. Fizz will be forced to dive you, or loose 10% of his maximum health. IF YOU DIDN'T READ ANY OF THAT, THEN AT LEAST READ THIS LAST ONE item 3140 This is probably the most important item I am going to mention. But this 1300 gold sonovabitch that builds into a decent AD item with the same active will immediately remove both the slow AND the fish when activated. This item also allows you to escape Yasuo's ult by breaking the stun, and using flash or a mobility ability to get out of the airborn. This one frickin item will even let you shake off a Warwick who's stuck to you like glue, and Zed. Just sitting on it gives you 30 magic resist as well. [EDIT] apparently it's been changed to only remove crowd controls now, so It doesn't remove Fizz's ult completely, but it removes Warwick still.

It is indeed very difficult to dodge, and has low cd, but unlike other instant bursts it has a countdown which some champions can avoid, a counterplay other ults do not have.

To give you a few examples, a master yi can easily press Q to avoid it, vlad can press w button, I've even seen a malphite ult at the last moment to avoid the fish bite.

...It's slower than morganas q, or roughly the same speed. Also if he doesn't hit it max range he loses 50% of his combo and cant prock w without going face in into you and waiting 2 sec.

The thing is with two dashes, and the ability to dodge any CC you try to use to stop him with incredible ease and minimal timing, he shouldn't need a super strong slow ON TOP OF a knock up to stick to you.

It's all too much.

Considering what Fizz fantasy should be I think he should have low base damage and as passive that continuosly using skills on the same champion increases his damage by X%.

That way he is somehow forced to use his untargettability and evasiveness not to instaburst you down but to "play" around you untill you die.
