CAN anything even be done about the weekends?

It's awful to play saturday and sunday, nothing but people who can ONLY play on those days and trolls, i'm tired of the heal shaco supports that int and then start a fight with the jungler and get them to int as well

it's maybe 1/10 games on the weekend that actually feel enjoyable and my only options houldn't be that I just don't play on the days I have the most free time
