Sounds like somone lost to a Morgana recently haha! Build Merc Treds if you hate the Q so much! I agree morgana has some extremely good parts to her Kit that could maybe border on the line of OP... but its not her Q! thats a Slow moving skill shot that is easy to dodge by side stepping or flashing over it and then you can wreck her! The best part about her Kit is Black Shield... It maybe the best shield in the game if anything is too good it's the black shied. Also it sounds like Fed Draven is the problem not so much Morgana... though she can enable him to do very well.

No she did not.
morg was one of the original 40 champs and she basically hasnt changed. if she ruined league then league has been bad for 8 years now
