How to nerf rengar without touching his damage

When he gets close to an enemy (lets say 600 units away) while in his ult he becomes visible similar to eve. That way he can't go past every one on the enemy team and obliterate the squishies

The issue is that he can q 3 times in a row for an insane amount of damage, where as most other assassins need to use some of their other abilities in a combo to do as much if not less than the damage he can do just spamming 1 button after he ults at 5 stacks.

nerfing his damage will completely destroy rengar. At least if he becomes visible when close to some one people can actually react to him

Rengar hasn't been able to triple Q since his rework over a year and a half ago. Get with the times.

Or you could just nerf his ult time... I don't think you should be able to ult mid and gank bot all in the same motion, like really?

He needs stacks on his bonetooth necklace to do that (i think it's 12)
