Made up quotes are great for farming upvotes.
The way you react is by proper warding as a team and grouping more. It's not about stopping him from one shotting you once he's nearly on you. This is why you don't see him in competitive. He's not actually OP at all, he's just good vs uncoordinated teams who fail to adapt.
