Cant connect to Client

I went to online chat tried to fix my issue it didn't work so maybe here it will. I played league another normal game in ranked, i finished the game then i started another one and i got trying to REconnect from some reason. im starting to restart the client and then i CANT connect it says "Can't connect to the login queue check server status". Riot support told me to remove IPv6 something in Microsoft website, it fixed my problem and then it happend again right now and i got leavebuster please help me cuz this is didnt happen before im really tilted.
