I cant stop losing and i'm sick of it

I am a gold player, struggling to rank up but it's very hard for me sometimes i am doing bad, sometimes my team is doing bad. but most of the time they are doing bad and I need help. i don't know what im doing wrong, most of the games i have a good score but you can check at the moment my recent matches and that because of my team. I have 700+ games on ranked match, in those games, i was bronze it took me time to rank up. please help me to climb up or give me some tips because I am sick of it and i don't know which champion i should play anymore or even which lane i shou d play. I feel no matter what champ or lane I choose its a loss. i tried to play with carry champs like jax, trynda, irelia its still hard for me because i need my team , i cant play 1v9 its very difficult. please help me, im crying and its pissing me off.

RIots MMR system got totally trashed in S9 because of positional ranks

They "Tried" to fix it but only for Plat+

Its totally fuked and they gave up thinking S10 will reset and they dont have to do anything

It's just a game with zero actual impact on anything relevant.

As an individual you can only pull your own weight.

Not every game is winnable.

Every game of league has 5 winners and 5 losers

Once you acknowledge that keeping a cool head becomes easier. Without tilt you win more games.

Emotional reactions only result in tilt, which causes more losses, which leads to worse emotions, which leads to more tilt, which...

Distance yourself from the outcome of the game. Focus on YOUR performance. Ranked is fucked beyond repair. League is not competitive anymore. Why let it get to you?

You need to stop swapping champions so much. You're going to have to narrow down your champion pool so you can get a better understanding of them.

Who you play isn't important, it's understanding your role in the game and the game itself. I climbed to plat playing soraka and sona solo from bronze because I understand how their kits work. I'd probably int my face off if I tried to carry as yi.

Maybe invests in playing Kayle? Her late game is obnoxious. Even if your team is just being snowballed, she'll eventually start destroying the entire enemy team on her own. Or be a Yi or Yas.

How you tried watching YouTube videos to gain a better understanding of the game and the your role? Personally, ive found it very helpful as I climbed from the depths of bronze into diamond from realizing the obvious mistakes that I am making from watching informational videos. That being said, be sure to focus on a small number of champs and at most 2 roles as it is much more important to familiarize yourself the role and the power spikes of the champion and when you should abuse it to its fullest potential. Thinking that you have to 1v9 every game is part of your problem. This is a team game so try being a team player and pick what your team needs. If you lack damage, go Iralia or Riven. Most of the time that isn't the case though. Most teams lack tank, engage, and peel so fill that role.

Well, it's pretty simple actually. From the looks of it, you're a Fill player. Stop doing that.

How most people rank up is by mastering one or two champions. Those who don't do that, master one role.

The only people who can be exceptional in every role, with every champion, are the pros. Don't try to be like them in that sense.

Pick a champion you really love, one that is difficult enough to give you adequate reward for mastering them, not so overpowered that they get banned every game, and without too many hard-counters. Play only them.

Not that you can't get anywhere being a jack of all trades, but it'd take a hell of a lot longer than specializing.
