Draft Racing, and other custom gamemodes

All the OG players remember looking in custom games and always seeing someone in a lobby with "Hide and Seek" in the title. But Riot has since removed dominion and the Crystal Scar map. Now people don't custom gamemodes anymore and i think it would be a good idea to implement a queue where we could play draft race donger dash etc.
