I don't understand the fact I get banned for being toxic but the people who feed and try to tilt me in my games don't? Can someone explain this please?

Intentional feeding is a bannable offense, but it's a lot harder to prove that intent (as opposed to a bad game) than it is to prove you said something that's right in the chat logs. That is the only reason chat offenses are punished more easily than gameplay ones.
Intentional feeders get punished and so do other toxic people. You are still responsible for controlling yourself.
You really don't know when they system punishes them. You'll only get a notification when the game you reported them was the one that punished them and not when it is building a case against them.
What annoys me the most is they are trying to make me toxic by tilting me so shouldnt they be banned for trying to make someone toxic?
Its not just that its the fucking pings. They piss me off for no reason
