Won't happen she negates all of riots pet overpowered vision fake gameplay. Must allow ward spam and give 100% vision for #lcs, next up just remove fog of war.

It's like, she has a motherf*cking stealth to have an effective gank, and all players are stingy enough to not buy a pink ward. Seriously, Eve does not deserve to get any buffs.

Evelynn has decent damage right now in a more crowd control team, but her passive is really lackluster. A passive change with a few other SMALL tweaks could happen and she would be fine.

What if instead of or on top of mana regen from her passive she got a slight boost in ad or resistances upon leaving stealth. Something like Kha'zix's unseen threat?

Hybrid penetration upon breaking stealth would work best, I think.

Yeah something that either lets her do more burst damage or gives her more survivability (health or def. stats) while jungle farming
