Bring back Retired Items...

Alot of the bot lane comps (Ziggs ) & champs are changing and rearranging which is not all that bad of thing. I do however find it annoying that the game forces most traditional ADCs to build towards crit with item 3095 Stormrazor's and item 3031 IE being core. I don't have beef with either of those items nor do I wish for their costs to be reduced (for that would pose a bigger problem) I do feel as though Riot should find a way to bring back retired items in a healthy manner.

Zephyr seems to give all that is needed and would be an amazing addition to the rift at the moment, although it is expensive the build path allows for an early item 3101 stinger and then a item 1038 BF sword to finishing Zephyr later while taking advantage of the CD and AS that item 3101 Stinger gives the nice buff in between items instead.

Sword of the Divine would be a nice in between from Stormrazor's . Its recipe could benefit other champs who are not ADCs wants an active like such.

Though never originally on the rift, Sanguine Blade would have a home now. League is becoming a cluster'fest' of random stupid things (Funneling) there is less direction than there ever was and it makes 5v5's less than desirable.

Bring back old items to refresh patron's faith!

... Stop building storm razor on ADCs who also build attack speed.

I know its not the point of your threat, but it really annoys me that people still do it when its only mildly more effective when ahead than the traditional BF into zeal item into IE path.

I wish Riot would readd Wicked Hatchet/The Lightbringer to Twisted Treeline and allow them a place on Summoner's Rift/Howling Abyss as well. It would allow for a (likely) healthy AD crit item, given the on-crit bleed.
