How to play Ahri vs Zed/Fizz/Yasuo

I've been playing Ahri alot and while I can hold my own against most champs in the mid lane the three mentioned above give me most trouble.

With Yasuo and Fizz the issue arises mostly from them dodging my abilities. Yasuo is abit less scary since I've seen a few Fizz use their ability to dodge my E or Q and then land on my face to combo me easily. In such cases I would usually play very passive especially if I notice they are on point with their vaults and walls.

With Zed it's a whole different ball game. I don't let myself fall below 50% of my HP so that his passive is useless. This is kinda easy except I gotta waste alot of money on biscuits. Second thing I usually do is keep aware of his shadow so that he can't slow me and then land easy shurikens.

I don't want to play catch up against these champs. I want to march them to their respawn timers. I'm thinking of maxing my W first instead of Q so that whenever they all in me I hurt them alot more than they can hurt me.
