Does anyone else feel this way?

I love playing simple champs that I can completely understand in a single game and then master them as I play more games. Champs like Amumu, Sivir, Soraka, Morgana are amongst my favorite champs of all time. Why can't we have simple champs like them more often? Champs that don't have skills doing millions of things.

Every single champion released in 2016 has so much tacked on their kits. Aurelion Sol is probably the simplest of them all. Even your reworks of Yorick and Ryze felt like too much.

You probably have the next champ already heavy into development so maybe I can't convince you for her/him/it. But please let there be atleast one or two champs that kits don't have multiple passives, dashes, jumps and knock ups. It gets completely clustered.

I'm not saying your latest champs are shit. Thematically they're solid as I love Jhin and Taliyah. But they do too much. The champs made in 2012 I feel were the best design wise. Strong themes but not overloaded. Please pay more attention to their designs and take queues from it.

Thank you.

Honestly i did not feel yorick was to hard to learn. But that being said i am kinda tired of getting champs that are hard to play you can be really good with them just to have a button masher champ face roll you cause they are that simple. I know my main is not really hard but then when you get someone like say trynd that really takes no skill to play it's basically a slap in the face when you beat them down for them to have a huge escape or they dive you without no counter play due to undying rage. I can fight and handle trynd but it still does not stop me from thinking his kit has a shit design.
