It's ridiculous how riot puts people into matches against higher level players... For example a level 10 vs a level 20. That's 10 more points for abilities and 10 more runes which makes a huge difference. Then they talk like they are so much better because they have a massive buff against you. Realistic bullshit from riot guys!
There aren't enough low level players for that, sadly. There's basically no way to fix this for PvP matches.
If you're that worried about it, stick to ARAM. It only has a significant impact on Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline. The sole exceptions are champions/builds that are extremely dependent on specific keystones.
once again, had a level 30 in the lobby vs a level 8 , 9 , and 13. then he talked mad shit after the match like he was actually good. please riot for the love of pussy stop putting people that are that high of a level in low elo. Like what in the fuck is wrong with this skewed game? that would be like starting a match in call of duty with 20 grenades and the enemy team having nothing but a pistol. it's pretty fucked.
