Why does riot insist that bruisers build straight tank

It's happened to so many champions its unbelievable. Stuff like darius start to build a few damage items and they slap them in the ass by slowly gutting their ratios until they have NO CHOICE(AHEM DIVERSITY) but to build tank. Every single bruiser that they lay their eyes on turn into lane bullys that get dumpstered late game because of their shitty ratios and weak utility. We've had enough after rek'sai, I think we have enough early game bruisers now, can we stop doing this? I swear I'm gonna throw a fit if they ever look at wukong's 800 base damage ultimate and nerf its ratio.

Well people also begged for them not to do this A few weeks after reksai release people BEGGED for her not to become the unburrow bot she is now

They are nerfing them the wrong way. They want champions to NOT be able to build full tank and deal insane damage. And they are doing the completely opposite thing. They make so that they can ONLY build full def, as they don't do any damage anymore. RIOT, listen, please! NERF base skill damage. BOOST skill scaling with bonus AD/AP. That way people will be FORCED to build some damage items, or deal NO DAMAGE.

Because they nerf the bruisers damage so much because shitty assassins and ADCs who build no defenses at all got 100-0'd by them. That's the logic, sadly.

Bruisers get dumped on late game because they're melee and immobile. Supports and tanks just peel them and the adc and apc kill them. Non hyper mobile dps melees just don't work in league.
