My last game deserves a loss prevention.

Jungler was AFK for the first 2 minutes of our game, comes back in right before the remake vote, Like seconds before we can remake. He jungles for a 3 minutes, then goes AFK for the entire game up until the 15 minute mark where we're going to do an early surrender and denies the early surrender. He then proceeds to AFk farm and generally dick around while the rest of our team got 2 lanes pushed past inhibs. This was, without a doubt an intentional attempt at disrupting a ranked match. I can't even begin to imagine someone afking for 10 minutes and coming back RIGHT AS WE'RE SURRENDERING just to say no as anything but a troll.

EDIT - Half his match history is him with no score and just starting items. He logs in 1 day a month just to troll games, how has he not been permabanned?
