Why don't people understand how to play passive in a losing lane?

Whats always gotten to me in ranked is when someone has fed their lane like 2 kills which happens, and with these 2 deaths they keep pushing up and being aggressive and feeding their lane. Many times its the reason I lose or the other team does. Then when I say in chat "Play under tower" Or "Play passive please" People get triggered most of time and tell me to stfu or that I'm being toxic? If someone can't realize that playing passive is the right choice, what is wrong with someone else suggesting it. This isn't everyone in every game but I see it every few games where this happens and I can't wrap my head around why people in ranked, who've had a lot of experience playing still don't understand what it means to play passive in a losing lane. Any thoughts?

Reason why people don't play passive: 1: You got killed, then try to get a kill back so you won't lose lane. 2. Getting too overconfident 3. You get push in too hard that you can't play passively or you lose the whole bottom row. (I have this happen to a lot games) 4. Lane is known to lose, so they try to go in for kills to see if lost can be prevented. (Most of the time gets ambushed a lot, happens way too much) 5. People flame or start being toxic saying gg, you fed, gave 1st kill, gg. (Happens way too much)

Lot of this spawns from bad sportsmanship and maybe some people are just tilted last game.

If you're 2 kills behind in a losing lane you shouldn't be able to get CS or XP unless the other laner is bad.

Fortunately, 99.9% of league players are bad and can't push their leads.

People think as long as they don't carry the game is over, they will throw before letting someone else carry.

Also to add to the rest, some players have literally never played a champion that can thrive with a passive playstyle.

A couple of people I play with on a regular basis do this TOO DAMN MUCH.

"Sure, of course you'll be able to kill Maokai after going negative as Akali, he does reaaaaally bad when building MR, plus assassins are great to blind pick into a lane full of tanks" -_-

"You died invading enemy jungle and now they're snowballing to a victory? Yeah sure, feel free to keep walking around with no vision, it probably won't happen again".

"Yeah, of course ADC, I'm so sorry that I'm laning against an assassin who just roamed bot and killed you after you pushed up the lane without vision, totally my bad"

I've definitely made mistakes trying to be overaggressive and dying outright, but the grand majority of the time it's because our top laner has a tendency to feed too much, and said fed laner kills me under 1st tier tower, after walking past tier 2....actually this happened once, and it was an Irelia, but when someone feels like they have their pride on the line and just won't accept that they won't win another fight until their laner is 5-0 and too fed for ANYONE to kill, then I just can't rate you as a player at all.

I know when I am tilted I have a very hard time not going in...it's like sometimes I fight even though I kinda know I can't win...that's also when I know it's time to take a break.
