Good computer, League is running badly and ruining my games

Currently in every league game I'm getting FPS stutters constantly and my ping is always high but only on league. I get like 40 FPS right now on league and I used to get like 120. On CSGO I get 100 fps and fine ping everyday yet on league its always bad and when its not I still feel stuttering and I can't fix it. Sometimes as well when I'm trying to load into games the loading screen freezes and I get a pop up saying I disconnected and it will do this like 10 times in a row till I can finally load in. I've reinstalled and done repairs yet I still have this problem and it is costing me games. Does anyone have any Ideas what it might be because online I could only find people saying its my graphics card yet on other games its absolutely fine. Please help because I cant play like this.

your graphics driver is most likely the problem, because ive had FPS issues too. delete your graphics drivers, so your PC can default to its virtual drivers, then reinstall your card drivers. (sorry to be a dick and say what you know though)
