Is Nocturne too weak for the jungle?

It is just a feeling. I play Xin Zhao and he can clear his whole jungle and is full health with 2 potions. Twice. I play Shyvana and she can clear her jungle with more than her half health bar. And fast. I play Volibear and he can clean his jungle with 50% health (without using his passive).

I play Nocturne and die by the wolves.

Is it possible to double his passive bonus when he hits a jungle monster? You did something similar with Volibear (50% cooldown reduction if he bites a monster) and I would be glad if he is able to survive his early jungle clear, too. Nocturne

Just this one buff. More do I not ask. :(

Not every champ is supposed to clear as easily as those champs.

but when they can clear the jungle. go trinity and bork with def and rekt the enemy team, then i think its a problem.

You're probably using the wrong runes on Nocturne. I go AS marks and glyphs, and ArPen quints. More AS = more Umbra Blades. Noc's Q generally covers the AD front for jungling.

Also, always try to have Red be your third camp; your Smite will have recharged by then, and you'll be able to Smite it for health.

Nocturne is one of those champs i love because no one understands how hard he reks i once ulted into a 1v4 and won because they couldn't do anything as they had blown all their ults on chasing our tanky support
