I love MF and Kog Maw is the only adc I don't own so I may be biased but MF!
mf is super strong right now
bullies lane then scales super hard, she's strong all throughout the game
Harass Vs All in - I have been and enjoy MF more... but haven't tried Kog in the new iteration so will have to do so.
I'd go with the tits, but that's just me. XD Plus that laugh man.
Kog maw is the worst adc in the game atm, at a 39% winrate. That's right boys, his winrate dropped by 7% with his rework. His weak early game got weaker and his strong late game got stronger. But due to snowbally matches he rarely ever hits late game
Kog just got buffed and MF is supposed to get nerfed soon, so I would go with Kog.
