Bard Viable Silver V Ranked?
So recently I have gotten into more support themed ranked, because most people don't know how to dodge skill shots like, morg, blitz, Lux, etc. So it's pretty easy to carry for me, but I'm considering Bard, is he viable?

define "viable"
If you're going to duo with someone you know well and pick the a proper adc that compliments him then yes he is viable. If no duo then only play bard if you're near last pick, a decent adc has been picked and the enemy has shown their adc/support pick.
Bad idea in solo que, well, at least below gold or maybe even plat.
He's viable, but the issue is that he requires a lot of patience and practice to play effectively. His ultimate is such that if you don't understand how to use it well, or if you don't hit it perfectly, you can actually completely dumpster your own team.
all champs are viable if you're good at them. practice lots and be aware of your lane counters.
I love Bard, and yes, he is viable.
The only reason Bard may not be viable for you is that the teammates you'll be matched with in Silver may not know how to utilize Bard's awkward yet impressive kit to its fullest potential.
