Blind pick summoners rift
Why don't riot make blind pick so that none can choose a champion before calling in chat, and none can type in chat before all are in lobby, all the time i call in lobby, but i have joined after someone has called but cant see it, get reported. People instalock more often that they should, and this would prevent both these issues
