[Crash] When i swapped summoner spells i couldn't click anything else.

After clicking the smite spell, the summoner spell window closed, but the main window remained fuzzy as it does when the summoner spell window was open. The clock was still counting down, the other summoners had chosen but i couldn't use chat, select a champ or change masteries. please fix, as i now have a 5 minute ban for trying to go jungle. EDIT: Happened again trying to honour team.
