9/10 imo.. i main rengar and especially after his E nerf hes not that easy to just pick up.

Farm up 6 and only gank if u see a sure chancell of a kill. Generally this will be due to the other laner being fully pushed up. The biggest thing abt rengar is to not force fights if u don't have to. U basically farm in between ulti CDs and try to get a kill or 2 with ur ult, turreta etc. But it's almost crucial that ur first couple ults are successful if the game is close or ur losing. Also u might Wana play him as a bruiser until u get comfortable with his playstyle and mechanics.

Depending how much CDR you take depends on what you build. But i personally like something along the lines of these:

Assassin: item 1412 item 3009 item 3142 item 3147 item 3074 // item 3031 item 3026 Bruiser: item 1413 item 3071 item 3748 // item 3065 item 3143

I personally run 20% cdr per lvl so i only need item 1412 item 3142 for the other 20% and i can get w.e boots i want, but item 3158 are perfectly fine if you only run 10% in runes.

ROFL ! Playing rengar now in 2015/2016 is ez for me , my difficulty for rengar now is rating 2/10 , why? Because I (and all old school rengar mains) had hard time after some of unfair NERFS in 2013. The chronology of rengar existence is: 1.On release he was op I must admit , I used that in my advantage :) ,one shot xhin Zhao with empowered q at lvl 2 still dreaming that sometimes. 2.Nerfhammer : reducing Q dmg in both empowered and base , E-bola strike no longer point-click spell :(( no more insta root ! 3.All the 2013 - 2014 , 1 word , HELL , in solo q , every jungler is stronger than me , top struggling , getting kills because off pure skill or enemy mistakes , only attacking low health targets , no way playing him in ranked. 4.Playing against kha zix is nightmare. 5.2015 minor buffs , DMG on Q goes with lvl , w buff , e buff , r nerf , item buff , assassin meta , BINGO , after studying optimal build ONE SHOTING ADC without major problems , can easily top vs some matchups , no more stupid bonetooth necklace. 6.Late 2015 , I am jungle monster , new jungle items op for me , one shot any low health target , fluid animations .

And most important: PEOPLE STOPT LAUGHING AT ME IN GAME BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE REACH POWER SPIKE , NOW THEY CAN ONLY WATCH HOW THEY HEALTH BAR EVAPORATE BUT THIS TIME THEY WILL REMAIN SILENT BECAUSE I MUTED THEM ANYWAYS.
