He get's 40% Damage increase, that's his passive. I saw jhin get 450 AD with just 2 AD items while rest were AS+Crit+QSS. Can you name any champ who can get 450AD, 2AS, >50% crit ( not to mention 4th is a 100% crit) QSS ( his build was not even close to finish).

Name any other champion that can get that much but only still be able to attack once per second. There is a lot. Its a little different as someone who can do 450 damage in one attack per second will do about the same as someone that can do 225 damage at 2 attacks per second. He's slow, he's fragile, but he is strong. Thats the point. But that means nothing if you make a mistake with any of your skills(such as missing his root or hitting the wrong target with your forth shot)

2 AD items, and then 4 slots are open for anything including AS and crit. I haven't ever seen a jhin with tanky items.

Most of the builds go have decent AS. item 3508 , item 3031 item 3006 item 3046 item 3087 / item 3094 / item 3085 , item 3072 , item 3036 etc

Any ADC build will have 2 AD items, 2 crit+AS, boots and 6th item .. donno. Most games will see atleast 3 items being built (win or lose) . So that is 2 AD + boots. Which give a decent AS if not huge.

I do agree that if he misses any skill shots he is dead.

Now with his passive 40% AD at late game is a long range one shot kill. That's what I'm talking about.

Not broken in my opinion. Just please rethink his numbers a little bit... I'm not a fan of the whole getting one hit by an auto attack thing....

He needa some qol changes, his e is kinda lack luster, his animation dor reload is set in stone 2.5 sec, takes way too long to reload with bullets still in chamber... But I feel q and w reductions would be in order, but ult I feel is perfect as is honestly.

my build for jhin prepare to cry item 3508 item 3031 item 3009 item 3078 item 3094 item 3072 I found this to be the best build I have only like 2 loses thats it so far. still no one plays him right and pls tell me I am the only mastery 4 jhin so far. ;)
