Change AFK Buster in Tutorial

Well I was trying to teach my father how to play League of Legends recently and we kinda ran into an interference. He was asking many questions, as a noob normally would, and we got to the part that teaches about the shop. I was explaining to him things while we were in the shop, when suddenly, we're kicked out of the tutorial for not moving. It was very disorienting since we had to start over from the beginning. I'd assume this would happen to many others who are trying to understand the game. AFK Buster is designed to kick afk players so they can be punished, but it makes no sense for that to exist in the solo tutorial.
