I just tried a game of Illaoi on PBE

This is more of a first impressions rant but Holy crap, I am someone who finds unending pleasure playing Teemo zooms in with screaching noises and the devil that he is..... and Illaoi just makes me feel filthy. does she really need to have a fully charged sion q on a near instant cast ablity with a six second cd by mid game, plus when she uses her w(which does crap tons of damage already) it calls down several more tentacles to hit everyone with(if you and your team play around it properly, which you should be doing) 5-6 fully charged sion q's of damage(which btw is on a 2 sec cd for most the game with her ult active(which also gives the tentacle forming passive to enemies so that they can die even when they've benn off screen for several seconds, plus the entirety of that abomination of an e she has, and dont even get me started with her synergy with item 3812 and all her tankyness +base damages

TL:DR why does this champion get to be a tank, adc, assassin, dot mage, sustain beast, zone control fighter, and siegemaster all at the same time?

At least she actually fits the Juggernaut concept a bit more, having basically no mobility, though it does seem like she does... A bit TOO much. Honestly, the Q passive is probably the worst part. Maybe make it so it only heals once per champion, regardless of how many tentacles hit them.

Sounds like Steraks gauge and Deaths Dance are all she needs offensively.

She's a boss champion, also she'll only be purchasable with 6000RP. Day 1 she'll be on sale for only 5999 though.

New champions aren't good anymore, they're all overloaded and they all have mobility. Mobility discourages good playing because It's easily used as an "oops, I messed up" button. I don't think Illaoi really has much mobility, but I think her kit is really overloaded and synergizes well with basically anything.

Would be nice to have a simple champion like Anivia who has VERY defined strengths and weaknesses, she can carry games like It's nothing WHEN you've mastered her, but there's also strategies to shut her down.
