What is this riot?
Can anyone explain how in the world unranked or pre 30(between level 26-29) people including myself is queue-ing with platinums, diamonds,masters, and challenger constantly? I am totally unsure of this fucked up matching system.

You aren't queuing with masters or challengers.

Wow you are. U play with friends or playing smurf? Probably a bug.
It's because Riot is prepping for the post level 30 world of matchmaking. Right now level 30 is just level 30 and can be matched against anyone level 20 onwards it seems like.
