Shaco Q glitch

Shaco's Q + HPB, Q + Recall used to not break its stealth whatsoever. Now, it doesn't work in patch 9.17 for some reason. On the other hand, his Q + TP, Q + Zhonya do work properaly. I don't believe this is intended since the patch note doesn't mention anything about shaco.

this bug occurred in patch 9.14 and Riot by the looks of it can't be bothered to fix the recall and only the TP
