How does a guy from just unranked come into my game? he is no elo he played his second game with me for some reason............
How do I climb I already get bad players in terms of oh it's 8th min and my adc is already 0/3 and 0/1 support and now I'm going to start meeting provisional players? why? whole matchmaking rigged just to keep me from climbing I guess I'm too low level to climb I have to be level 300 to have privelage to climb...

Doubt it, I have weird feeling that you have already at least 100 ranked games, pretty sure you are where you belong. Maybe you are even climbing, but you probably remember bad players on your team rather than when they were in enemy team. You will climb if you are good.
Imagine thinking 40/40/20 is a reasonable solution to a competitive anything and that your contributions of 20% of the game +- that positional influence +- tier +/- lanes +- comp +- insane randomness and that "where you belong" which was mathematically more than likely a less than 5% correlation as to what you did to actually have any reflection of any suitable elo differences...
Imagine your playerbase being so fucking dumb that despite matchmaking throw so much random into your 20% that it almost makes it redundant you need to "git gud"
Thankfully most of you aren't in charge of making many other decisions/impressionable opinions.

Apparently 50% of the population are roughly equal skilled so says plat+ but literally being 10% better than 100% of your teammates doesn't influence at all of your being 10% higher elo directly

Try being in your bronze 2 promos, only to find that your team has two irons (an iron 3 and 4 who didn't have the win records to hint that their MMRs were high enough) with the rest of your team being bronze, while the other team has silvers and bronzes. Then have another promo game where the top laner (Bronze 4) was on a 5 game losing streak because he was trolling jungle (and in my game, inting our jungler by running smite and stealing camps). The MMR this season makes no sense.

dude every season i start ranked i run something like +30/-8 LP but yeah, the reason you don't climb is the one player who came into your matchmaking unranked... if you're good = you climb
0/3 your lucky my bot lane usually is 0/10 by then and ends with 20-30 deaths
