So I, as well as many other I'm sure, think this community enforcement procedure is absolute garbage. So the whole point for having rules and policies that a community has to respect is to help make the game enjoyable for everyone. So than why the heck do some of us have to get stuck playing with feeders and AFKs almost EVERY game. I can understand having a no surrender before X time, however 20 min is way to long. Why do we have to wait 20 minutes to surrender a game when a particular team is clearly losing, has an intentional feeder, afk/dc player(s) or any REALLY annoying situation. Why is it that as soon as the game puts you in a queue you're stuck with the team it selected for you. We should not have to be stuck playing with a team of 4 supports (exaggerated example) Why do we have to be stuck playing with a teammate that before the game is even started is being a very negative and unpleasant. Who is already insisting that they will do anything possible to ensure your loss. Queue dodging punishment should be completely removed in my opinion. I think the surrender option should be brought down to 15 minutes. Especially since the report/ban system is absolutely horrid, just about any 4 man pre-made can get someone banned just because they want. All fine and dandy that you can report someone at the end of your game, doesn't prevent you from getting stuck with them on the same team for next 20 games. (again exaggerated) Unfortunately the community has a lot of people that have the spoiled brat mentality, "(insert lane) or feed!", troll picks, or even doubling up solo lane/jg just to ruin the game for someone. When this is done i find it completely ridiculous than you are stuck playing with the person for a minimum of 20 minutes or risk getting punished for refusing to have your entertainment ruined. This is a game that is meant to be enjoyed, yet the people who are hell bent on ruining it for anyone and everyone when the mood strikes are permitted to run around and play with little to no consequences. While the poor guy who doesn't want to play with a team that has 4 jungle will automatically be banned from playing for 5/15/30 minutes and more for wanting another team.

I also think that surrender should work with majority, example you should be allowed to surrender 3/2. If a teammate fails to vote it should be an automatic yes, not a no. I've always thought that was idiotic because an AFK teammate CAN'T VOTE! so if 2 people go AFK on your team and the game doesn't have the time to auto DC them than your surrender attempts will fail up until the game decides they've been inactive long enough to remove them.
