Lucian Idea

Let me keep it short and simple. I believe Lucian was intended to be a mobile mid-game marksman, but then Kalista came along and filled this role much better. >

However Lucian can have is own unique identity again with two simple changes.

1. Make every shot of The Culling lower the cooldown of Relentless Pursuit by 1 second, just like the passive that already exists with Lightslinger. This way, Lucian can actually chase enemies while using the culling more effectively, as well as giving him a window of extreme mobility that can't be too easily exploited.

2. Have Relentless Pursuit remove slows again. It was such a unique mechanic, and it's what made him so interesting to play. Stuns, silences, and snares can all still wreck him, but he would gain a great renewed identity.
