Why is Rengar's passive called Unseen Predator when he can use it from a WARDED bush, too?

<rant> Rito pls. Either change the name, or change the functionality. I C U! The lvl 1 cheese is real, even if I do ward that bush, my adc thinks it's OK to walk close to it now. Well surprise, he can still jump you. Over and over. 0 cd on a passive at level 1, plus from a warded bush.
