What if I was able to give gold to a teammate?

For those times when as a half tank support I have almost as much cs as my jgler for instance and everyone is 2, 3 items above said jgler who can't clear for shit. Mainly. Also if you needed like 50 gold for an item and can't afford to wait it out, someone can just give, or lend, w/e amount you need. I know it's a big change to consider but I cannot cs for someone else, nor position em out of danger and into assist range. The xp catchup and gold sharing aren't enough in low elo. I'm not plat, I'm silver, and since I can't carry I need other ways to help my team mates be more than a caster minion. And please spare me the gitgud advice, I won't be plat any time soon. This is just a gameplay suggestion, in the same category as xp ketchup and gold sharing.

EDIT: to expand on the 'catch up', this would work on players behind on gold, just like the XP mechanic for players behind on levels/XP. no funneling :\

EDIT2: a start would be to implement this in the late game, to avoid it being used as funneling and snowballing, just to see how much it would impact the game also, if possible, only rito knows, it would disallow the lowest total income player to give out gold, to avoid the situation where the support is buying cheap items and has extra to funnel someone

It really just can't work out.[sg-zephyr]

And now every supp will be reported for not giving all their income to the adc, or whatever the max give amount is.

Because of how ahead scaling works, 100% optimal in most situations would be for 4 people to full funnel into whoever gets a small lead and let them crush the game, meaning 1 person gets an enjoyable game, 4 people are their bitch (if playing to win) and 5 people on the other team are fucked because they didn't get a small lead first.

Funneling was already a problem, and this would make it even worse tbh.

We already have a rune to do the same concept, the future market rune in the inspiration tree. You can go in debt to buy an item you would normally not be able to afford with the amount you had.

but to compromise with your idea: a rework idea for future market would be, the user can go in debt very slightly, but can also lend a small amount of gold to an ally that is near the player. Something small like 10 to 100g so funneling doesn’t become extremely broken with this rework. I like this idea because you the player can pick and choose who gets the small amount of gold. and people can’t really complain, flame or report you for not giving the gold because it is so small that not getting the “debt gold” would only delay the item by a very small margin.
