jungle changes and new jax auto attacks

whenever I smite anything now I don't get the buffs like gromps passive poison and smiting blue gives heatlh back??? jax also has new auto attacks wtf??? I haven't played in like a year can anyone explain please???

after the jungle rework in preason 7 with the plants, the new camps and the new stats, all camps just give health and no extra buffs and also the effect of blue and red got change, the goal is to make the jungle easier and better for all junglers and not only good when you smite this oen monster.
jax got a simple auto attack rework that gives a better performance
