A better flow to viktors q quick cast

I tested the new viktor and well you might want to try and tweek viktors quick cast for q it feels sluggish having to try and click q twice you get used to it after a while but it feels sluggish I missed a few kill chances because of it just have the laser go in the same direction where the cursor is within reason of course
