Is Azir finally, dare i say, good again?

Hi all, Just the words of your fellow Azir main, but I think the base damage buffs from 9 - 14 really, really, helped him. This coupled along with this different build that I am now going actually makes him feel less like a bag of potatoes until 40 min to actually doing very, very good damage, and even allows you to snowball. So far I have been going Nashor's Tooth into Luden's Echo, although this may sound really weird, it allows him to actually kind of burst people and allows you to do a ton of damage at the same time. I used to go Nashor's into Rylai's but with the Rylai's nerf it just doesn't seem like that good of an item anymore. I skip it entirely, and still manage to do huge damage while popping off. I even got a pentakill pre forty minutes!! Pretty insane right? Anyways, I just want to hear thoughts on the current state of Azir after the hot fixes to him this patch. Also, if anyone wants to share build details please feel free to comment below.
